Yeah, I've called their 800 # several times with just 'average' questions (ie. Imagine, FireCracker24, etc), even though it's supposed to be a sales #. They have been very kind each time and helped me anyway. I called the 800# cause all their literature mentions it, but it's a real bit** to find their regular # at times. Have to look through lots of stuff just to find it. Oh well, the 800 is cheaper for me at least 🙂
