Dog and lawn problems
Here's a problem that I'm sure I'm not alone with. How can a 65 pound
puppy (soon to be 75 pounds) coexist with a nice new sodded lawn? I sodded
a year ago with a mixture of fescue and bluegrass which took very well.
Since last summer the new puppy has all but destroyed it. Yellow patches,
worn areas, etc.
I live in the San Francisco South Bay area and we have sunshine most of the
year round.
Any ideas short of getting rid of the puppy? If nice lawns and puppys
don't mix I guess I'll live with the puppy.
