I would suggest going to the IBM Communications forum and downloading a
program called OZCIS. It is composed of four files (OZICS1-4.EXE). It is
a FREE program and is excellent. Much better than TAPCIS, which I used to
use. The main improvement is that it is much, much easier to use than
TAPCIS. And you will save lots of money on connect time, because you can
do all of your reading and writing of message offline. You can also
maintain a listing of the library files, so you don't have to download them
until you need them. You can't go wrong with OZCIS!
