It could be that the PD games were written for Dos 1.1. It's hard to know
what might be causing a problem like this without more info. Do commercial
programs do the same thing? Do you have any other tasks running at the same
time? Did you boot into the programs or run them from an existing WB? You
see, with such a powerful machine, everything is tightly interconnected. If
you have a friend with a 500, see if his machine does the same thing. Or, if
you know someone with a 1000 see if the programs run OK under 1.1 Good luck!
