I think the caps lock flashing is telling you the keyboard processor has
gone south. It could be heat related, static related, a lose or bad
cable/wire from the mother board to the keyboard or to the keyboard
processor, or something like that. I'm in software, though. The service
center should be able to check it out fairly easily, though (at least the
things I mentioned)
