Hello,
On January 10th of this year, I sent in my order to upgrade to version 3.2
of ProWrite. So far, no upgrade or any other sort of response explaining
the delay. This is the first time I've had this sort of problem with you
folks. Previously upgrades arrived promptly. I hope this isn't an
indcation that your customer relations are headed south. Please reply to
let me know what's happening.
