#Phoenix Board for A1000
I want to use this product with an accelerator to run WB 2.0, in effect
turning my 1000 into a 3000. Has anyone done this? Is it really possible
for the patient non-technician to install it? Is there any hardware (other
than the Sidecar)
or software known not to work with the Phoenix Board? Do I need a
multisync monitor for WB 2.0, or would a (cheaper) high-sync one work (as
Leemon recommends in his _Before You Upgrade_ article in the latest AW)? I
would appreciate any feedback about this product. I'm asking all this
because I found the information package less than clear, and a Grapevine
(U.S. dealer) phone rep was not qualified to discuss it. Thanks in advance
for any and all help–if this product will really let me run 1.3 and 2.0,
it will be an incredible lifesaver! /exit
