Ron, A few things…first, you message came thru in all caps. That makes them hard to read. If you didn't have your caps lock key on, then your CIS parameters need to be changed. Also, if you see this message as all caps, you'll need to change your CIS parameters as this message is in mixed case. To do those changes, type GO TERMINAL at any CIS ! prompt and follow the menus to set CAPS LOCK OFF and SUPPORTS UPPER/LOWER case. Now, to your problems. Which printer driver have you selected from Preferences? Which version of the Operating System are you using (1.2 or 1.3)? As to downloading and the .arc stuff.
