Dave, Ken, I've also used another program, called AutoMite, which does much the same thing. Automite will even interrupt any other running process on the PC at the specified time in order to do it's thing (swapping the running application out, and swapping it back in at the end of its' own run). It nicely asks the user <assuming that one is present> if they wish to be interrupted by the timed process or not.
