I can't generally argue with your points. My only real problem with
lawyers in this respect is that their TV advertisements are often tacky and
misleading. In Phoenix, some of the personal injury lawyers have gotten
out of hand in their advertising. It's almost gotten to the point where
they are trolling for people with ingrown toenails.
