Hey, it's in my office dictionary. Nonstandard usage, though, because it is redundant; once the negative idea is expressed by the -less ending, it is poor style to add the negative -ir prefix to express the same idea. Noentheless, it is occasionally used by some speakers, perhaps in an attempt to achieve greater emphasis. Kevin Krell – Computer Support Associates
