Diane, see if your network cards are using interrupt 2,3, or 4. If it's 3
or 4 they may be conflicting with your digitizer on COM1 (irq 4) or COM2
(irq3). If set for irq 2, there are a handfule of machines that will
choke. Try using irq 5 (the one used for LPT2:, this assumes you don't
have LPT2 ports on the machine). I have had this same problem several
times in the past and it always turned out to be one of these three things.
