Sounds like a ROM conflict. What version of QEMM? Optimize doesn't always
find all the ROM areas to avoid on it's own, so you need to go through the
drill outlined in the documentation: Set the command line param ON instead
of RAM, run *all* your programs including CCOM, ACAD, anything that uses
Expanded memory, etc, and then check Manifest to see the areas to Xclude in
the command line. This requires some fiddling and occasional
trial-and-error (crash-h-h-h, nope, don't have it yet…) As I said, I'm
not sure I have my setup exactly right yet, but everything _usually_ runs
okay. I get the occasional unexplained crash, but doesn't everybody?
If you're using QEMM 6.0, this is even more critical with the Stealth
technology, since it dynamically re-maps ROM's. Quarterdeck acknowledges
that not every machine can successfully use Stealth, for unknown reasons…
