Michael,
If you can afford it, I would *not* go with an NEC 5D. All my clients who
have 'em hate 'em. Screen is too dim, poor anti-glare, doesn't sync fast
enough to get rid of the flicker (>70 hz refresh). Now, if its for *home*
use, I might buy one. If I expect to use it 8 hours a day, I'd spend the
extra money on a better monitor.
