Loading an existing drawing from main menu takes 6 minutes. choosing ACAD
command from ACAD DWG menu takes 1 minute. Regen take 6 minutes each.
I removed the DOS extended memory manager HIMEM and expanded memory
manager EMM386 and reloaded the ACAD drawing that was 700,000 bytes and it
took less than 30 seconds to load. Apparently, there are some parameter or
other problem with HIMEM and ACAD Virtual Memory manager with the new
maintenance release phar Lap DOS extender 2.6 Update. Any advice…..
