Mark – No, there's no way to have text that dynamically responds to changes in plotting scale. And, its rather difficult to do. If for example, your plotting scale were to change drastically from a large scale to a smaller one, then the text would have to become larger. And, if you have mutli-line text, then the linefeed spacing between the lines also scales with the text height. And, what if the text was automatically resolved to maintain a consistent plot height, and as a result of enlarging it in drawing units, it overwrites or interferes with some other element on the drawing? I know of one CAD system that attempts this, but more often, the user has to make manual adjustments to the dynamically-resized text, because it ends up interfereing with something nearby on the drawing. -TonyT.
