Thanks Mary…I *did* walk right by it, I guess. BTW, I finally worked out the teleporter room puzzle. Traditional mapping *does* work (ie, dropping things). I got all screwed up because there is a Mirror of Dawn *already* in one of the "rooms"! By mindless chance, that was one of the first items I dropped to *help* me map the area! It never occured to me that there were *two* of the beasties! No wonder my map made no sense!
