George, in addition to using Quarterback for backup, I also use it when I want to bring a set of files over to a friend: I just select those files and back them up to a few floppies. QB will prompt me for each disk, and will write using its own format, if that option is selected. The QB format writes to a disk in sequential tracks, so a floppy is filled in a fraction of the time it would take AmigaDOS — gronnk, gronnk, gronnk… I just need to add a single floppy with the Quarterback program on it, and I'm ready to roll!
