Unfortunately, no one who could do anything about it seemed to notice
that the announcement had the dates backwards until about 20 minutes before
the CO (judging from the timestamp on the message, which I read the
following day). I too would be interested in a transcript; someone who was
present and capturing the CO would have to edit it and post it. There have
been a couple of messages to that effect in the last week but there hasn't
been a post yet that I've seen.
