#Help!
Hi folks, I'm working on a programing project for the Amiga (first is
a long while) and I'm having cockpit troubles. At first I was going
to use A68K and Blink. Then I decided to splurge and buy DEVPAC 3. I
got it and reinstalled my 2.05 system (to be sure I was not half
cocked) and installed it. I compiled the Freemem.s program and it
worked fine. I tried to compile DEMO.s and it had a syntax error. MOV
not MOVE. I tried to fix this and got a guru-able program. So I
schrugged and tried to compile the Helloworld program. It compiled.
It ran. It gurued when I clicked the quit box. Now thinking I had
purchased a bunch of junk I typed in a Jake Commander hello world type
program. Compiled it with A68K and linked with ALINK (remember that
old thing?) It worked great. So I found BLINK and tried the same line
that I used with ALINK. Guru! While Blinking! The errors 80000003
(and I think once I had 80000004) What goes on? Other programs that
I run work swell. Is my Amiga 2000 trying to tell me something? Like
don't ignore me for other computers for so long? <grin> Any ideas
appreciated.
