#Software
Microsmiths certainly doesn't agree that you need to have an HD to be able to
run a lot of software. Keeping code size down is a very high priority for us.
This doesn't seem to be the general trend, though, and in many cases I think it
is a better choice to get a product out with a lot of features quickly rather
than giving any consideration to code size. If you've got an A2000 with a 2620
card and a fast hard disk, the size of a program is usually not very important.
But there are a lot of folks out there with 512K A500's and a single disk
drive.
