I'd like to continue this thread, but perhaps not be too positive about
things…:)
I also like ImageF/X; I have an older version that was won in a contest. I
realize that if I want to continue to do great things, I need to upgrade.
Soo…I call GVP today to do so (yes, I am calling to *give* them my money),
and I can't get through!! I'm asked to leave my name, number, etc…this was
early this morning (around 10:00am, EST), and no one called me back today.
If this is the kind of treatment I get when I call to buy something, I have
serious reservations regarding the Tech Support…
