Ben, Well, I gave it a try and it works fine, within the parameters you've outlined, namely don't let both sides try to access the devices at the same time. At least I'm back to where all three platforms can access the tape and cdrom drives. I thought I understood you about Asimcdfs, but it wasn't real clear. I use Asimcdfs on the Amiga with the device set as empscsi.device. I have CD-ROM Toolkit on the Mac. BTW, Ben, have you noticed how much ram empscsi.device grabs when you mount the CDROM with Asim? When I mount the cd rom I lose 512K of ram. Empscsi.device must set one hellacious buffer!!
