Compute magazine informed me that their programs are not public domain.
Therefore, games like switchbox cannot be distributed. Has anyone heard
anything to the contrary???? A dealer around here has managed to get the EA
deluxe video PLAYER, (not the construction set itself). EA said that they
plan to make the PLAYER itself public domain. This would allow you view a
video without having to buy the construction set. Does anyone know whether
the PLAYER has been officially released as PD yet????
