Amiga monitor

Thought the colors on my Amiga 1080 monitor looked a little dull. In fact,
colors seemed to be more saturated if I used composite mode, rather than RGB.
(Not as sharp or clear, of course, but brighter colors.) So, I took it back
to my dealer. After some discussion, he adjusted the "MASTER CONTRAST" pot
inside (right side from front) to maximum. I also set the front contrast
control to maximum. Much, much better picture in RGB mode now. Not as dull.
Don't know if any other 1080's might need adjustment, but it's a lot cheaper
than buying a new monitor! (The inside control has much greater range for
contrast than the front panel control) Bob Adams 75275,1102
