In case anyone is interested, I recently recieved the APL.68000 demo
disk from Spencer Organization. Let me say I'm very impressed. It
seems to be a complete APL system including shared variables, a full-
screen editor, and an APL/ASCII terminal emulator. Support for simple
Amiga graphics and sound, windows, and menus is included. Because I
only have the demo, I can't say how extensible these abilities are.
My main impressions are that this is a fast, solid product. I'd
suggest anyone considering APL order the demo disk — I believe I payed
$17.95, and the price is applicable towards the purchase of the real
thing. The demo seems to be complete except for the ability to )SAVE
workspaces. Boy, I forgot how much fun this language is!!
