You won't save a tremendous amount by going with a 15" rather than a
19" monitor. Have you considered a 19? If so, take a look at the Mitsubishi
HJ6905 with a Verticom H16B with Twin Focus or one of the Artist xxGT series.
They're just about the best I've seen on the market.
