ATI / Mag blanking
Dear John,
When the screen blanks out, how do you get the screen back? Do
you have to turn the monitor off and on? Do you have to reboot?
If possible try the mach32 card with another monitor, to isolate
the problem, whether it be the card or the monitor. Or try the
card in another system.
Try resetting the mach32 card to factory defaults using TEST /f.
You will then have to run the INSTALL program to Set Power-Up
Configurations.
If the problem also occurs with another monitor, you can provide
the BIOS part number, Serial number and a complete shipping
address (no P.O. boxes) , we can issue an RMA number to have the
card tested and or repaired.
