The reason I need the jiffie setting between 5 and 6 is so it will
compile into an AVI movie correctly. I've been moving Flics into
Premiere, and 5 jiffies corresponds to 14 fps (and 6 is probably
around 16 fps). The problem comes in that the AVI movie then has 1
repeated frame for every 15 frames, causing slight delays every
second. This problem can be overcome, but it would be easier to fix
it in Anipro itself.
