Just a thought on your Micron problem, I have not had a lot of experience with pentiums, but I have seen some situations on some EISA motherboards where the CMOS permitted the cacheing of addon boards and in some cases, it was defaulted to ON and required major hairpulling to turn off. The result of cacheing a board like the Targa is very amusing if it isn't your problem. Just thought it might be something else to look at before you return the system.
