Evan, He, he, he… Like I haven't tried everything already… <g> I don't remember messing around with the degauss button however, but I might have as I remember dealing with barrel/pincushion controls. To better describe it, it seemed like I was playing with a spline control trying to make it straight. Problem was it went from 30 to -30 and never "parked" close to 0 (degrees). As it is, it's "almost" perfect. It only shows when in Windows as you have this bright white screen with the [void] black border. It somewhat matches as my entire Windows screen looks something like a fat cat or an 'ole beer belly. Both quite related to Windoze… <g> The NEC guy said something about the "coil" being misaligned. Don't ask me. I might, one of these days, send it over. In fact, if I wait long enough, I might get something better. The last (and only) time I sent a monitor back to NEC (a Multisync I) they sent me a brand new 3D back. Regarding the monitor lens, yes I have it. Thanks for the offer. NEC was giving it away when I got this thing (they started charging right after that). Note that this isn't really bad, it's just that when compared with this Digital, the Digital looks better. I was very happy with the 6FG 'till I saw this guy.
