No, but one the reasons they may have been rotton in the tech support area
for Amiga was that for a while, they had the only products of their type
on the Amiga and users couldn't demand better or go elsewhere.
Soft-Logik also started out with miserable tech support not to mention out
right lying management. (Remember Publishing Partner…:^} But they
worked hard, made some changes and startd treating customers like
customers. Look what happened!! My hats off to 'em! Gold Disk… Well,
I saw it coming early enough that it is no skin of my nose, and they way
they treated Amiga people, I think we are better off without them.
