The docs are always improvuing; there are many more turorials now than
originally, and more coming.
The "darwin" images are 8 grey levels (which is all you can get in an
ApAssist display) dithered for more detail. It's ONLY supposed to give you
a hint as to what is going on. It's not practical to include detailed
images and in fact, the more images you include, the smaller they need to
be.
