#$#%….there are two "colortext" files, one from Andy Finkel (freely
distributable for non-commercial purposes) which I sent you and another
copyrighted by Interactive. I created the font with the copyrighted version. I
tested 'em both and Finkel's colortext behaves as you described while
Interactive's works. Since Finkel said his version will be "standard" with
WB1.4, I assume Interactive will update their program.
Meanwhile, I'll call Interactive tomorrow and beg them to let me send you their
"Colortext", which is relly just a run-time module. Will let you know the
results. Alternatively, is they say no, you could buy Calligrapher V1.05 and
make all the colored fonts you want. If neither of those is acceptable, I'll
bite Finkel on the throat during the next full moon.
If you think DNA/RNA is nifty with color, you should see protein sequencing!!
