I think I can answer your question…sort of.
I sent some E-mail to CATS, asking for a CD32 developer application. I got back
some badly photocopied sheets, which didn't mention CD32. I got a license that
discussed currency in pounds sterling. I got a slick for the CD32, the 1200,
the 4000, and some monitors.
