Wait till you see Mach 1 FORTH from Palo Alto Shipping. (You can see it on a
Mac now). It's REALLY quick! It compiles direct JSR (subroutine) linked code
and uses inline macros for short words. Generally speaking, about twice as
fast as conventional FORTH and about as fast as compiled C. -Larry-
