Bill, I think any difference of opinions is because I use Pha$ar to do my
accounting. Because I have all the categories set up in that program it is
quite easy to enter them in Pha$arTax – which as you know, can look in Pha$ar
for the various categories and be set up to SUM etc. like a spreadsheet. Of
course you can enter the various subtotals directly as you do. I'm sure there
are other ways of doing it, but it works just fine for me.
