Formating SCSI devices

Your problem may be the low level format. If you are using an Adaptec
SCSIST-506 controller with the 2090, the format routine will not do the
initial low level format on the drive. There's source code for a low level
format routine in DL 10. It was written to do the initial format on a
Microbotics SCSI controller attached to an Adaptec. The SCSI chip on the
2090 is a different type, but you might be able to adapt the code. Hope this
