Weell, you see,
I bought an apollo disk drive at the hamfest here yesterday, thinking it was
SCSI.
I don't have it here but the model ends with '-34M'. It is a white box that
sits on the floor and has a 50 pin Berg-Stick connector on a long shielded
ribbon. I opened it up and it has an 8" priam H.D. (I thinkl it was model
3450-41 or something like that) The drive LOOKs like scsi (2 50 pin bergs,
address dip 0-7) but the traces on the board looks like they use all 50 pins
(not half grounds like other scsi.
Can anyone tell me:
What is the capacity?
2. Is it SCSI?
3. What the pinouts are?
4. What does the ENA 525 Jumper do?
5. What are the settings and function of the 8bit sector dip switch?
