#ES-300C & A4000/040
To the best of my knowledge (again) we have not been able to dupliacte the
problem on our 040 machines here (we have some 4000/040's and a couple
3000/040's as well). As any programmer can tell you, it is extremely hard, if
not impossible to fix a bug or glitch if you cannot duplicate it.
We run systems ranging from KS 1.3 to 3.0 and everything in between. If we ever
duplicate the problem we will be sure to fix it if it is a problem with ADPro
or the Scanner software.
