There are a few options. Mail snapper@bix.com for info on software he
sells for mastering CD-ROMs, if that is really what you want.
Unless you are planning to do this often, what you really want is to take
a gig HD, fill it the appropriate amount, and mail it to someone who will
return a bill, the drive, and a gold disk of the drive image.
