strange upload problem
I'm having the mother of all transfer problems right now. About a week ago,
for no apparent reason at all, Term 3.3 stopped working right on uploads. It
will upload the entire file, but when it gets an EOF from the remote system it
locks up. It does this with Zmodem 2.52 and 3.0, and Ymodem 2.20. I've
successfully used Term 3.3 and both of the Zmodem versions I mentioned in the
past; I hadn't tried Ymodem while Zmodem was working. I can't think of a
single thing, hardware or software, I've changed. I did disconnect the modem
to take the system to a user group meeting, but if I've blown an 8520 chip or
something I can't see how it could be causing this specific problem. Downloads
still work, and in fact every terminal function works, including uploads up to
the point that it gets an EOF. Does anyone have a clue what's going on?
