Michael, I just had a jog to memory – it seems to me, and I could be wrong –
that a program called something like APLOT had B-splines. Should have been
uploaded about Sept. or Oct., and I think it might be in Lib13. If I were
online, I'd check it for you, but I'm using Whap!
