Yes, Raytracing would be great. Maybe Radiosity would be greater! But
speed is very important. I wouldn`t like to wait a few days for a
high-res image. And the renderer should be optimized (not only
re-compiled but really optimized) for other platforms like Alpha,
PowerPC, Mips R4400 and so on…
