I never said Diaquest was going Chapter 11. I have no knowledge of this and the reference to Diaquest was this: I said Diaquest's Quick Pass is just a bandaid on a dying technology. They will either get with the realtime recording technology or become history. Again I never said they were going chapter 11. I have no knowledge of the financials of the company. Where did you get this from? Who said I said Diaquest was going chapter 11? Even if it were true I wouldn't broadcast it, at least not until I sell my DQ-50P. <G>
