John: YOUR RIGHT!, I slid the deck out of the shelf and sure enuff a warning sticker! I'm glad a posted a message. I only did on SF with the ME so I hope I did no damage. I think I'll stick to MP tapes, now are shorter tapes better? I heard longer tapes streatch too much. And yes I have the new driver, I DL the file from here, and no mater what I set it to it turns off both DNR and BUFFER(no lights light). I network render to my hard drive and go disk to tape from the keyframer. This is my weakest link in a near perfect set up. My next purchase will be a PAR or and ILLPRO, and the PAR is looking better all the time. On second thought a NEW YOST IPAS3 set is next on my list, I can't wait! Well back to the problem at hand, any sugestions on getting the driver to work right? Rick(I almost killed my EVO)Smith
