You say that you would hate to see the Amiga become unusable to someone who doesn't have a harddrive- unfortunately a machine of this design (multi-tasking, graphic etc..) SHOULD HAVE come with a minimum of 1 or 2 megabytes and a harddrive! I know that some people are going to disgree, but believe me, your machine isn't =5plete without 2 megs and a HD. The Amiga 1000 was like the 128k Mac- unusable (at 256k one drive). They gave us the 128k upgrade to a whopping 512k, which is childs play. I say 2 megs, minimum! As for disks- 20 meg harddrive is the way to go. IBM drives are quite cheap. — Colin —
