Your info is a nice combo of interesting new things to consider and muddying of
the waters. From all I am hearing here in the forum, it sounds like the 1000
is a long run dead end. The cost of upgrading – no matter which route – is not
sufficiently cheaper, and problems with the interaction of expansion cards,
lead me to believe I should sell the 1000 system unit and buy a 2000HD.
Anyway – I will keep listening for more info on the Phoenix stuff.
