Hisoft do a Pascal compiler called "Highspeed Pascal". I haven't used
it but I have heard it is mostly Turbo Pascal compatible but without
the object oriented stuff. IMHO Hisoft stuff is usually good, and I
expect it will be compatible with WB 3.
I saw a PD Pascal compiler once but I can't remember what it was called.
I'm pretty sure it is on a Fish disc.
