I would like to add my vote to Hisoft Pascal. We bought it for a course my son is taking. He needed a Pascal compiler, and it was the only commercial one easialy available here. I have since used it for several short tasks where I needed a quick utility to do something, or for modeling an idea for development later in a more powerful language. Only thing it needs as a good debugger. Well, a better defined GUI libraray would be nice too.
